Semester 2: Leading Smaller Congregations

• Focus: Adaptive leadership and community engagement for smaller congregations.
• Key Topics:
  • Managing diverse responsibilities in smaller congregations.
  • Cultivating unity, strategic community engagement, and fostering inclusivity.
  • Organizing impactful initiatives and encouraging volunteerism.

Semester 3: Spiritual Growth and Gifts

• Focus: Understanding and applying spiritual gifts for ministry.
• Key Topics:
  • Theological foundations of spiritual gifts and their categories (operative, administrative, and charismatic).
  • The role of the Holy Spirit in empowering believers for ministry.

Semester 4: Temperaments and Self-Discovery

• Focus: Personal growth and developing Christ-like temperaments.

  • Exploring the five temperaments (Choleric, Melancholic, Phlegmatic, Sanguine, Supine) and aligning them with Christian values.
  • Embracing self-worth, overcoming inner conflicts, and cultivating compassion.

Semester 5: Purpose and Counseling in Ministry
